The first thing to consider when setting up emails on your computer, tablet or phone is, do you want to view emails on multiple devices. You see there is two ways you can connect to your email server, POP3 or IMAP. If you choose to set up your device using POP3, emails will be downloaded and deleted off the server and onto one device. If you choose IMAP to set up your devices the emails will stay on the server until you delete them. This way you can view all your emails on the server on any device you have set up IMAP on.

*These are the connections you will need to setup your emails on your devices.
